Safety and Convenience: Safety and convenience are at the core of PHP KingDom's policies toward payments. This policy is designed to promote safe online shopping, and to encourage online payment methods that are safer, easier to use, and offer high levels of protection for users. Privacy Policy: For your security, information gathered and processed for effecting the purchase of credits is handled on a secure servers by trusted companies whose proven business is performing such transactions. Contact information is passed back to the Service for the purposes of order matching and contacting you in the event it is necessary in relation to a particular order, however no information is returned concerning account details of credit or debit cards. Cooling off period: When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period in which you can request refund without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 14 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period. This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have dispatched your order) and ends 14 days after the day following delivery of the products. Certain items are excluded from the cooling off period guarantee, unless we are at fault. These are customized items/custom work, some other items may be stated to be excluded individually. Cancellation and refunds: PHP KingDom reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro-rated refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes the terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation. Customers may cancel their account at any time by giving written notice to PHP KingDom, this cancellation doesn't Guarantee any refund after the "Cooling Off Period". Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Once the initial guarantee period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by PHP KingDom. In addition some accounts/services/products incur set-up/processing fees, these charges are also non-refundable. Refunds are only supplied when no extra fees are required to be paid by PHP KingDom. If otherwise then the refund request may be rejected or the customer should Afford these fees. Cancelling an order before dispatch: If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. In such case, please Contact Us instantly providing us with your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order. Chargebacks: Any customer reversing payments via bank or credit card (a "chargeback") may be subject to a punitive fee of 4% of the total charge backed amount, should PHP KingDom deem this chargeback to be unfair. PHP KingDom also reserves its right to defend such chargeback and recover the original monies from the card issuer. In the event of a chargeback you acknowledge and agree that the Service for which such fee has not been paid may be suspended, cancelled or terminated, in PHP KingDom's sole discretion. Indemnification: Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold PHP KingDom harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against PHP KingDom, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PHP KingDom against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with PHP KingDom services; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from PHP KingDom. Supplier Disclaimer: Companies handling payment processing on behalf of PHP KingDom are only these companies descriped in the Payment Methods page. Some of these companies are retailers/resellers for us, and some are just payment processors/gateways. Please refer to "Payment Methods" page for further Detailed information. Most software products and services are set up on payment in advance. PHP KingDom reserves the right to change fees, surcharges, renewal fees or to institute new fees at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to you, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Customers will optionally be charged again at the end of their prepaid period, thus any subscriptions/long term services will automatically suspended at the end of the determined period if not renewed by the customer. We offer also two additional payment methods that facilitates payments for our customers, these are: Recurring Payments, Pay-On-Demand, these payment methods are optionally and customer have to enable it manually if needed (at first payment time or at any time later). No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email 14 days before they are due. All payments processed in USD Dollar. All prices displayed are shown excluding value added tax -if and where applicable-. As consideration for the Service(s), you agree to pay PHP KingDom the applicable Product(s)/Service(s) fees set forth on our website at the time you request the Service from PHP KingDom. All fees are due immediately. PHP KingDom reserve the right NOT to accept payment by check or cash. Any renewal of your Software Product or Services with us is subject to our then-current terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, payment of all applicable Software Products or Service fees at the time of renewal. Respect to Software Products or Services to which you subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis, we will attempt to provide you a renewal reminder prior to the renewal of your Software Product or Services at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the renewal date. Violating any of our policies/terms/conditions that customer already (and should be actually) accepted may result in service suspension/termination without prior notice and without refund, these actions should not put any Responsibilities on PHP KingDom, its agents, its customers, officers and employees. PHP KingDom is not responsible for typographical errors. PHP KingDom reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the PHP KingDom Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
