Upgrade Policy
This service is designed for non-technical website/web server owners who need assistance with their upgrade, but who may lack the technical skills to complete the upgrade process, or simply require an expedited install. To ask for professional upgrade, you will need to provide us with access to your website including (1) access to your Web Server via an FTP account, (2) access to your vBulletin Control Panel (admin account with product/plugin install privileges) [in case of vBulletin addons upgrade] and (3) root server access (ssh may be required) [in case of server software upgrade].

NOTE: The upgrade service is LIMITED TO a *single upgrade* ONLY. Upon completion of the upgrade, the PHPKD Support Team is NOT required to complete future upgrades, or changes to your product/service settings, website or Web server set-up, or any other tasks requiring direct access to your website/web server. Further support will be provided as outlined here.


Our Upgrade Service Includes:
  1. Upload product's files -if applicable-
  2. Import product's XML file(s) to vBulletin Control Panel -if applicable-
    (In case of vBulletin addons installation)
  3. Apply default configuration options -if applicable-
    (Depends on the product itself and customer's requirements)
  4. Basic upgrade troubleshooting -if applicable-
  5. License activation -if applicable-


Time to Completion of Your Upgrade
A PHPKD Support Member will complete your upgrade as soon as your order is discovered. While we may have support staff located in several different time zones, there may be periods when the support staff is not online.
While in many cases your upgrade may be completed in less than an hour from submitting your order, you may need to wait up to 24 hours to have a PHPKD Support Team member begin your upgrade.

Note: If you have any restrictions on the date/time of upgrade, please let us know in a support ticket when you submit your password information. We will do our best to comply with your schedule. However, please be aware that we do NOT cover all timezones.

If you request a time period for upgrade during which staff is not available, we will advise you of the closest available time for upgrade. If you do not provide information on when to complete your upgrade, the PHPKD Support Team will attempt to complete your upgrade as soon as your order is discovered and staff is available to begin.

The cost of our professional upgrade service is a one time fee determined according to the product/service to be installed, so please refer to the specific pages for more details.
Upon successful upgrade of the product/service on your website/web server, this fee is non-refundable.
